The London Business School will provide for shared accommodation in a nearby hotel for a maximum number of three nights (18th, 19th and 20th May) for conference participants. Please note that no accommodation will be provided for participants from London-based schools. Participants will need to arrange, and pay for any additional nights themselves.

What hotel will I be staying at?
If you have requested hotel accommodation during your registration, you will be staying at:

Danubius Hotel Regents Park
18 Lodge Road
London, NW8 7JT

We will send out the individual hotel allocations via e-mail by late April, or early May.
If you have specified a preferred roommate, we have accommodated your preferences. The conference covers three nights of accommodation for you (check-in on Thursday the 18th May, check-out on Sunday the 21st May). If you would like to stay longer or arrive earlier, you would need to cover the cost of these additional nights yourself.

Do I have to stay in the accommodation offered by London Business School?
No, it is entirely optional. All you have to do is indicate clearly on the acceptance form that you do not need London Business School to arrange accommodation for you. However, please remember that you will not be able to change your mind about this later on.

Can you provide me with the details (such as name, address, phone numbers, check-in/out times etc.) of the hotel where I will be offered shared accommodation for the duration of the conference?
Individual hotel allocations will be communicated via e-mail by early May 2017 at the latest. We will arrange for luggage to be taken up to the hotel on arrival at the School on May 18th, 2017.

Can I get single accommodation instead of shared accommodation?
London Business School will only provide shared accommodation for the specific dates mentioned above. Participants will have to arrange and pay for single accommodation themselves if they prefer single accommodation.

Can I share hotel accommodation with a specific conference participant?
Yes. Both of you will need to send a separate e-mail to your subject-area coordinator by April 10, 2017 with the name of the other person with whom you would like to share the hotel room. Please note that this will be done on the best-effort-basis only.
